Where should we hold the event?
The biggest factors when choosing a location are the number of guests attending and your budget. Some people have a large enough home or backyard to fit all the guests for a family reunion. If you’re throwing a class reunion or need a larger area you can consider holding your event in a banquet hall, a hotel, a restaurant, or a bar. If you want an outdoors event you may want to hold your reunion at the park, the beach, on a boat, or even plan a family camping trip in an RV. Obviously renting out a hall will be more expensive than a reunion at the beach, but weather conditions may not always be ideal for an outdoors party.
