Should we invite men to the baby shower?
While traditionally baby showers were reserved for women only, lately more showers are including the Daddy-to-be and other men. The benefit is that all the couple’s male friends can attend as well as any other important males in the family. This way Daddy-to-be doesn’t feel left out and guests can bring along their husbands. On the other hand, some women prefer a women only baby shower because it’s more of a feminine event between mothers and friends and having men attend would change the atmosphere completely. Plus some of the shower activities may be less interesting for male attendants anyway. Essentially, the choice is up to the honoree and what type of atmosphere she wants for her shower.
