Should I pay all of my vendors before or after the wedding?
The best advice we can give is to never pay your vendor in full before, and especially during the wedding. Discuss price with your vendors before the wedding and decide with your spouse on how much you will pay and how much you will tip before the actual ceremony. This way you won’t decide to throw your photographer a $500 tip because you’re in a great mood and it’s your wedding day. However a lot of vendors request at least a deposit so it usually happens that you pay half before the wedding and the rest after. Be smart about your spending and figure out exactly how much everything is going to cost before your wedding so you’re not surprised later when you have to pay it all.
