How early should I ask my date to prom?
Asking someone to be your prom date can be a very nerve racking, but also a very rewarding experience. You don’t want to ask too early when prom is barely on anyone’s mind, and you don’t want to ask too late because she/he might already have a date or have decided not to go. We suggest you ask between 1-2 months before the event. Girls tend to get stressed out waiting for someone to ask them so they will probably be relieved that you’ve asked. Plus if you’re choosing someone who a lot of people have their eye on, you’ll want to get to this person first. Remember that you might not get the first person on your list, so try to have a plan B just in case.
