How can I prepare for my guests if most people have not RSVP'd yet?
Often times, guests forget or don’t get a chance to RSVP to weddings on time. Don’t take it personally, and realize that people are often really busy trying to plan their own lives. The best way to get an answer is to stop waiting by the mailbox and simply call, email, text, or use any other form of communication to reach them and get an answer. Explain to your guests that you would love for them to be there, but that you need and answer ASAP to ensure a seat, meal, etc. for them.
