When is the best time to hold the bridal shower?
The suggested period for a bridal shower is between 1-3 months before the wedding. It’s nice to have your shower close to the wedding in order to give it momentum and get guests excited, but you also don’t want to throw it too close so as to stress out the bride. Leaving at least a month of time between the shower and wedding gives your bride enough time to write Thank You cards to all her guests, while giving guests enough space between gift purchasing. However, the most important factor to consider is what date works best for the bride and the most important guests attending the shower.
